Cala Llenya is 10 kilometres from Santa Eulària des Riu, located between Cala Nova and Punta d’en Ribes and near the Can Jordi development. It is named for the pine forest which almost reaches the shore and surrounds this natural gem. It is a quiet family beach equipped with numerous services. The beach is the ideal place to enjoy both water sports and rest and relaxation.
This sandy beach with crystal-clear water has a soft medium slope (the water is a metre deep 15 meters from the shore). Cala Llenya faces the east, making it one of the few beaches on the island that is sheltered from the wind in September and October, making it particularly pleasant during that time of year.
Getting to the beach by car is easy by following the road signs. Private vehicles can park for free in the surrounding areas. The beach can also be reached by public transport; the nearest bus stop is 100 m away.
Cala Llenya has a beach bar that is open almost year-round and a hammock and umbrella rental service.
